On October 25, 2021, the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) published the Eurasian patent for industrial design numbered 000001, owned by the Roscosmos State Space Corporation of the Russian Federation.

The President of the Eurasian Office Saule Tlevlessova and the heads of the EAPO departments took part in the launch of the system for publishing Eurasian industrial design patents.

The publication of information on the grant of Eurasian patents for industrial designs is provided by Article 15 (3) of the Protocol on the Protection of Industrial Designs to the Eurasian Patent Convention.

Information on Eurasian industrial design patents will be published by instant publication technology in the EAPO Gazette "Industrial designs (Eurasian applications and patents)"and posted on the web portal of the Eurasian Patent Organization. The published information will include bibliographic data, as well as the title, priority data and images of the industrial design.
