On August 1, 2019, a meeting was held on the premises of Rospatent between Head of Rospatent Grigory Ivliev and Director General of the National Center of Intellectual Property (NCIP) of Belarus Uladzimir Rabavolau during the two day visit of the delegation of  Belarus. The Heads of Offices discussed the trending issues of bilateral and international cooperation, including support of Russian initiatives within WIPO, introduction of industrial designs within the Eurasian Patent Organization, preparation for the upcoming session of the CIS IP Council, as well as future activities under the Subcommission for IP of the Union State.
